Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead a team to undertake technical design work, adhering to relevant design standards and codes, and delivering high-quality results.
  2. Successfully manage time and budgets to key project milestones and programmes, ensuring timely completion and cost-effectiveness.
  3. Collaborate with teams in the UK and overseas to deliver integrated design solutions, leveraging your expertise in structural analysis and design.
  4. Ensure adherence to quality assurance standards in design, maintaining the highest level of quality and precision.
  5. Develop and maintain sound knowledge in design and analysis of heavy concrete and steel structures, staying up-to-date with current design standards and working practices.
  6. Proficiently design and analyze structures using appropriate structural analysis packages, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  7. Experience in the nuclear sector, particularly in the design and implementation of safety-related structures, systems, and components, is highly desirable.
