Chief Investment Officer

CVX Ventures is seeking an exceptional Chief Investment Officer to join our team in London or Copenhagen. As a key member of our global investment team, you will be responsible for creating a continuous and high-quality deal flow, analyzing companies, markets, and teams to make informed investment decisions, and negotiating term sheets to secure the best investment opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive investment strategy to drive growth and returns
  • Analyze and evaluate investment opportunities, including financials, market trends, and competitive landscapes
  • Negotiate and close investment deals, ensuring alignment with CVX Ventures' investment thesis and goals
  • Collaborate with our investment committee to review and approve investment opportunities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with portfolio companies, providing strategic guidance and support
