Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Compliance Expert to join our team at Brigade Electronics Group Plc.

About the Role:

  • This is an exciting opportunity to work in a customer-facing role, ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest quality and regulatory standards.
  • You will be responsible for managing type approval, conformity of production (CoP), and regulatory changes, as well as assisting with product approvals, regulatory updates, and end-of-production processes.
  • You will work closely with procurement and Quality Assurance to ensure ongoing compliance, liaise with authorities and customers on homologation activities, and provide support to the Quality Assurance team as needed.

About You:

  • You should have a national diploma in engineering or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in a customer/supplier-facing role, ideally in automotive or related industries.
  • Knowledge of CoP, Type Approval, Homologation, CE, UKCA, FCC, and related regulations is essential.
  • You should possess strong communication, decision-making, and organisational skills, as well as be proactive, flexible, and able to work beyond standard hours when required.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £60,000 per annum, based on experience.
