Supply Chain Planner

We are seeking an experienced Demand Planner to join our team on a 12-month maternity contract.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate supply chain planning to meet customer needs and support our mission of preventing collisions and saving lives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage purchase plans based on sales forecasts, taking into account market trends and customer demand.
- Collaborate with sales teams to gather accurate data and provide insights that inform business decisions.
- Monitor and ensure accuracy of sales orders, forecasts, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), using data analysis tools and techniques.
- Support internal supply chain improvement projects, identifying areas for optimization and implementing process improvements.
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of [£55,000 - £65,000] per annum, depending on experience, plus up to 10% bonus paid four times per year.
- Strong Excel skills and ERP system knowledge, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify trends.
- Attention to detail, proactive attitude, and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
