Catering and Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Catering Manager to join our team at Elior UK Holdings Limited.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will be responsible for managing teams on site, recruiting, inducting, training, and supporting colleagues to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to our customers and clients.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively manage teams on site to ensure seamless delivery of services
- Accountable for controlling and managing budgets, ensuring operational excellence
- Build and maintain internal and external relationships, including client liaison and management reporting
- Ensure compliance with COSHH, Food Safety, H&S, legal regulations, environmental policies, and duty of care to customers and colleagues
