We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team at Elior, a leading contract caterer in the UK.
About the Role:As a Retail Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of catering professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and sales performance in our retail outlets.
You will be accountable for managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of catering professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
