Care Professional

As a Regional Care Assistant with Barchester Healthcare, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to residents across a 20-mile radius. This role involves monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to person-centred care planning, and recording observations on vital signs. You'll also provide companionship and support to residents, ensuring they receive meaningful one-to-one time during every shift.
Our ideal candidate has a background in care, preferably with a Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care. You should have a good understanding of elderly care, as well as a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. A passion for people and a willingness to go above and beyond to support resident wellbeing are essential qualities for this role.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience.
