About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Caretaker to join our Workplace Solutions Team based in Kent.

This is a permanent, full-time position that requires a high level of flexibility and adaptability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carry out minor building fabric repairs and undertake weekly checks to ensure the site is well maintained and secure.
  • Escort subcontractors carrying out maintenance works and manage site security, including unlocking and locking of all doors and entries.
  • Ensure the site is well presented at all times, including litter picking and maintaining a clean and tidy environment.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a similar facility management and/or caretaking role.
  • Able to plan and prioritise workloads to achieve objectives and demonstrate flexibility to assess and tackle a wide range of disciplines within skill sets.
  • Hold a valid driver's license.
