Envirocure Limited is a friendly, family owned and run company with offices in Medway, Kent and Scotland. We provide Legionella control management, water treatment and ventilation services across Scotland and the South East. Our clients include Social Housing Providers, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, education providers and private sector companies.

**Role Overview**

This role involves taking temperatures, meter readings and other tasks at various occupied properties. You'll be visiting clients' sites, performing visual checks and recording the relevant data.

The role would suit a caretaker or someone with some plumbing experience wanting to move to a growing company. Full training will be provided.

Properties are mainly located in Kent, Sussex and London.

Key responsibilities include:

- Visiting sites to conduct a range of checks on the condition of the water systems including taking water samples and temperatures and tap and shower descales.
- Recording the data from each site on your hand-held device or record sheet
- Minimising disruption and inconvenience to the residents/building users visited by completing tasks in the most efficient manner and communicating effectively with the site representative

.Communicating progress to office based colleagues

Key requirements are:

- Ideally located in Medway or Maidstone
- The ability to work independently whilst also being a team player
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A polite individual able to communicate clearly with clients and the office-based team
- Smart appearance with a friendly manner
- Functional Maths and English
- Full UK driving licence
