Your Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one support and small group instruction to students with specific needs, using evidence-based strategies and resources
- Collaborate with the SENCO to identify areas of strength and weakness, developing and implementing action plans to address these
- Support the class teacher in planning and preparing lessons, adapting materials to meet the diverse needs of students
- Engage with parents and carers to share progress, discuss concerns, and set realistic targets for student improvement
We seek an enthusiastic and patient professional who can establish strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues. A background in supporting children with SEND, Autism, ADHD, or other conditions is advantageous, as well as a commitment to ongoing training and professional growth.
Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
