About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead our highway engineering projects. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering projects to time, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage highway infrastructure projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Manage project relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with AtkinsRéalis' quality, safety, security, and environmental processes.
  • Coordinate technical services provided by all parties.
  • Lead diverse delivery teams and create an environment to motivate individuals and ensure effective teamwork.

Requirements:

  • Relevant Project Management Qualification/Accreditation (APM/PRINCE2).
  • Experience of delivering engineering projects and good knowledge of engineering disciplines.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence others and manage stakeholders effectively.
  • Track record of delivering schemes to time and budget using project management tools and methodology.
  • Awareness of CDM Regulations and other legal and regulatory frameworks associated with highways projects in the UK.
