Job Title: Compressed Air Service Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Compressed Air Service Engineer to join our expanding service team operating out of our busy Crawley based office.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Effectively diagnosing mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment
  • Installing and commissioning compressors and compressed air systems
  • Performing emergency breakdown fault finding and repair
  • Undertaking planned and preventative maintenance on compressors and a range of ancillary equipment and compressed air systems
  • Aluminium and steel pipework installations
  • Recommending additional works that may assist customers or enhance the company's performance
  • Maintaining good professional working relationships with all existing and new customers
  • Maintaining company vehicle, PPE, testing and other company equipment in accordance with guidelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in the compressed air industry (valued but not essential)
  • Experience with high pressure systems or F Gas qualifications desirable
  • Fork-lift, IPAF and trailer licenses are handy but not essential
  • Good interpersonal and IT skills
  • A desire to provide a high quality of workmanship and 'can do' attitude
  • A current UK driving license
