Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Aftersales Service Technician to join our team in Crawley. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance services to our customers.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults on customer equipment
  • Install and commission compressed air systems and equipment
  • Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems
  • Provide technical support and guidance to customers and internal teams
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders

Requirements

  • Proven experience in the compressed air industry, with a strong background in mechanical and electrical maintenance
  • Excellent technical skills and knowledge of compressed air equipment and systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal teams
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Valid UK driving license and ability to travel throughout the region
