Assembly Technician

We are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team at Syntech Recruitment Ltd. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accurate assembly and functionality of our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct Detailed Inspections: Examine all components to ensure they meet strict quality criteria before assembly, utilizing precision measurement tools and inspection equipment to verify specifications.
  • Assemble Products with Precision: Follow detailed electro-mechanical schematics and technical drawings to assemble complex products, employing advanced techniques and specialized tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
  • Perform Rigorous Quality Control: Implement quality control checks throughout assembly to assess functionality, durability, and cosmetic quality, identifying and addressing defects, conducting stress testing and performance evaluations.
  • Manage and Optimize Inventory: Maintain an organized inventory system, tracking stock levels and forecasting needs, coordinating with suppliers for timely ordering and replenishment of high-quality materials.
  • Execute Comprehensive Product Testing: Conduct functional, stress, and environmental tests to verify product performance, documenting test results and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain Accurate Records: Document assembly processes, quality checks, and test results for traceability and improvement, using computer systems for recording data and managing inventory.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work with engineering, design, and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes, providing feedback on product design and manufacturing, suggesting enhancements.
  • Drive Process Improvements: Analyze and optimize assembly processes for efficiency and cost reductions, implementing best practices and supporting initiatives for process upgrades.
  • Ensure Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards: Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, conducting regular safety audits, participating in safety training, and staying updated on industry regulations.
  • Support Training and Development: Assist in training new technicians on procedures, quality standards, and safety practices, sharing knowledge to enhance team skills and foster continuous learning.
