Responsibilities:
Conduct Detailed Inspections:
Examine all components to ensure they meet strict quality criteria before assembly.
Utilize precision measurement tools and inspection equipment to verify specifications.
Assemble Products with Precision:
Follow detailed electro-mechanical schematics and technical drawings to assemble complex products.
Employ advanced techniques and specialized tools to ensure adherence to specifications.
Perform Rigorous Quality Control:
Implement quality control checks throughout assembly to assess functionality, durability, and cosmetic quality.
Identify and address defects, conducting stress testing and performance evaluations.
Manage and Optimize Inventory:
Maintain an organized inventory system, tracking stock levels and forecasting needs.
Coordinate with suppliers for timely ordering and replenishment of high-quality materials.
Execute Comprehensive Product Testing:
Conduct functional, stress, and environmental tests to verify product performance.
Document test results and analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Maintain Accurate Records:
Document assembly processes, quality checks, and test results for traceability and improvement.
Use computer systems for recording data and managing inventory.
Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams:
Work with engineering, design, and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Provide feedback on product design and manufacturing, suggesting enhancements.
Drive Process Improvements:
Analyze and optimize assembly processes for efficiency and cost reductions.
Implement best practices and support initiatives for process upgrades.
Ensure Compliance with Safety and Regulatory Standards:
Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements, conducting regular safety audits.
Participate in safety training and stay updated on industry regulations.
Support Training and Development:
Assist in training new technicians on procedures, quality standards, and safety practices.
Share knowledge to enhance team skills and foster continuous learning.Qualifications:
