About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Clinical Physiotherapist to work in our Community Therapy Team, serving patients in South Cumbria. You will be based at our community offices in Kendal, working closely with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care to patients in various settings.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of patients with complex conditions in various settings.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients, carers, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices within the team.
We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a basic salary range of £38,000 - £56,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits include pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
