Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Effectiveness Specialist to join our team in North Cumbria Integrated Care NHS Foundation Trust. This is a great opportunity to work on clinical audit projects and quality improvement initiatives.

About the Role:

  • To support clinical audit projects and actions, ensuring high-quality care for patients.
  • To engage with staff at all levels of the organisation, promoting effective communication and collaboration.
  • To analyse complex data, interpret information, and present findings effectively.

Requirements:

  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Advanced IT user knowledge and skills, including Microsoft Office and spreadsheets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and use own initiative.
