Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualised support to pupils based on their unique needs and implement strategies to promote positive behaviour management.
Work as a mentor to pupils, helping them develop skills to manage their behaviour and work effectively with others.
Plan and facilitate engaging activities to support pupils in making appropriate choices during unstructured times.
