Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
- Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth.
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer service performance.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.
