Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of customer service representatives.
  • Develop and implement customer service strategies to drive business growth.
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track customer service performance.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer complaints and issues.
