Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive careers education program that meets the needs of our students.
- Work closely with teachers, staff, and external partners to ensure a cohesive and effective careers guidance provision.
- Provide guidance and support to students on their career choices and pathways.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our careers education program.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in careers education and guidance.
- Proven experience in careers education and guidance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with students, staff, and external partners.
- Knowledge of the careers education and guidance sector.
- Ability to analyze data and evaluate program effectiveness.
- A competitive salary of up to £39,300.
