Job Title: Software Testing Team Leader

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Testing Team Leader to join our team at bet365. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for leading a team of software testers and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of software testers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies to ensure the quality of software products.
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and prioritize testing tasks.
  • Ensure that testing is conducted in accordance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with software testing.
  • Develop and maintain testing processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that testing is aligned with business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Commercial experience of leading large and diverse teams and projects.
  • Strong background in software testing.
  • Experience of testing large scale websites.
  • Excellent understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Capable of multitasking and managing multiple streams of activity, shifting focus regularly.
  • Ability to think in a high pressure environment and react quickly to challenging situations.
  • Proven experience of working in a fast paced environment with constant delivery.
  • Ability to react well to changing requirements with a positive attitude.
  • Commitment to quality and thorough approach to work.
