Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Teaching Assistant to join our team at Aspire People. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the teacher with classroom management and lesson delivery, ensuring a smooth and effective learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the teacher with classroom management and lesson delivery
  • Support the development and implementation of lesson plans
  • Monitor student progress and provide feedback
  • Provide targeted support for small groups or 1:1 interventions

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant
  • Strong empathy and understanding of individual student needs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability
