Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and manage annual contract renewal terms to secure business continuity.

We are seeking an organised and motivated individual to assist in all aspects of accounting, including monthly outsourced payroll administration, quarterly VAT reports, and submission. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure. An apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation, with at least 20% of working hours spent studying.

The successful candidate will be responsible for compiling weekly and monthly financial reports, collating information for external accountants and management teams, and maintaining accurate records. They will also oversee the purchase of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and company gifts for clients. We offer a competitive salary of £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, based on experience, plus opportunities for career progression and professional development.
