Your Role

As a Snowflake Developer/Engineer, you will be part of our Financial Services team, working with clients to design, develop, and optimize Snowflake-based financial reporting solutions. Your expertise in Financial Reporting, Sybase ASE, and IQ Integration will be instrumental in ensuring data consistency and accuracy across our clients' financial systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Reporting Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and optimize Snowflake-based financial reporting solutions, ensuring data consistency and accuracy across the board.
  • Sybase ASE and IQ Integration: Work with existing Sybase IQ and Sybase ASE systems, where financial data models on both platforms are identical. Manage and enhance manual replication processes between Sybase ASE and Sybase IQ, ensuring seamless data synchronization and availability.
  • Data Model Alignment: Ensure alignment between data models across Sybase IQ and ASE, maintaining consistency and integrity.
  • Knowledge and exposure of converting SQL server objects to Snowflake.
  • Banking industry knowledge and exposure to Financial Reporting would be a significant advantage.
