Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Specialist Pharmacist to join our team at University Hospitals Plymouth NHS Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality clinical pharmacy services to patients with cancer and aseptic services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide specialist clinical pharmacy services to patients with cancer and aseptic services.
  • Support the Cancer Services team in delivering a specialist pharmacy service to patients receiving systemic anti-cancer treatments.
  • Develop and implement clinical pharmacy services to improve patient outcomes.
  • Work closely with the Aseptic Services team to ensure the safe and effective preparation of aseptic products.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to aseptic services.
  • Provide education and training to healthcare professionals on aseptic services and clinical pharmacy.

Requirements
