What You'll Be Doing

You'll play a crucial role in supporting our R&D teams through the development services programme. Your primary responsibility will be to organise experiments and tests that help us validate components, products, and processes.

To achieve this, you'll work closely with our R&D teams to craft testing methods and ultimately develop products that are not only efficient to manufacture but also commercially viable.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role requires collaborative efforts from others inside and outside of R&D. You'll need to work closely with our teams to develop testing methods and products that meet our high standards.

Successful candidates will possess a degree in a core STEM subject, preferably in Engineering or another Scientific area. They'll also have a solid understanding of how products are developed, tested, verified, and validated.
