We are seeking a highly skilled Ecommerce / Sales Administrator to join our team at Job Board Direct. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our online sales platform, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage online sales platform, including order processing and customer inquiries
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the sales team to drive business growth and achieve sales targets
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and report generation
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online sales platforms
