About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce / Sales Administrator to join our team at Job Board Direct. As an Ecommerce / Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for creating engaging social content, working with our marketing manager to create weekly marketing emails, and liaising with suppliers to receive up-to-date product data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create engaging social content for our social channels that is personal to our brands and showroom.
  • Work with our marketing manager on the creation of weekly marketing emails using Photoshop and Klavio for both our retail and wholesale customers.
  • Liaise with suppliers to receive up-to-date and accurate product data to add new products to our ERP system and Magento website.
  • Update prices when there is a price increase.
  • Update product attributes, images, etc. when new information becomes available from suppliers.
  • Update systems with product discontinuations and liaise with sales/marketing teams accordingly.
  • Ensure all products not on the website are scheduled for upload.
  • Make recommendations to streamline internal processes.
  • Work with our digital marketing team to ensure timely and accurate information is available across all channels.
About You

We are looking for an individual with excellent Excel skills, a degree education (2.1 or above), attention to detail, strong administration ability, and an interest in interior design and home furnishing.
