About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales Designer to join our team at Schmidt. As a Sales Designer, you will work closely with customers to bring their design ideas to life, utilizing our ultra-customizable product portfolio.

Your primary responsibility will be to own each project from start to finish, working with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and guiding them through the design and sales process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Discuss customers' ideas and dreams, and deliver project presentations
  • Take measurements at customers' homes and guide them to the right products
  • Create designs using CAD software and bring them to life with virtual reality glasses
  • Put together project quotations and process sales documents
  • Liaise with the project team and be the customers' contact point
  • Conduct approval inspections after installation
Requirements
  • Previous customer-facing sales experience
  • Self-motivation and the ability to seize the initiative
  • Great working under pressure to achieve sales targets
  • Ambition to learn, grow, and excel
  • Excellent listening and empathizing skills
  • Organized with an eye for detail, to keep projects on-track
