If so, then Benchmarx Kitchen and Joinery would love to hear from you You don't need to come from our sector, or have product knowledge, we will provide you with all the training and development you need. Benchmarx may have only been established in 2006, but we're already a major supplier to the UK's building and construction market.
**Where will you be working?**
This Kitchen Sales Designer opportunity with Benchmarx is based within our Travis Perkins branch on 23 Stonefield Way, in Ruislip, HA4 0YF. This Benchmarx branch has a team of 2 colleagues providing exceptional advice and service to our customers. This is a busy Travis Perkins Branch where there is a full tool hire time team and obviously our Benchmarx kitchen team Customer footfall is strong, the workplace is a busy one Your working hours will be Monday - Friday 7.30am - 5.00pm and Saturday’s 8am-12pm (working 2 in 4 Saturdays).

- Starting salary from £27k, depending on experience. Plus uncapped commission.

**What will you be doing?**
Our most successful Kitchen Sales Designers come from a variety of different sectors and backgrounds, but they all have one thing in common, they deliver an exceptional ‘Customer Experience’. Our customers are traders and homeowners, so with your new learned knowledge of our products and newly trained design skills - here’s a snapshot of branch life at Benchmarx:
- Working with homeowners and trades professionals, you will produce accurate designs and quotes in a professional and timely manner to really understand their project and create their dream kitchen
- Building a strong network of customers around you to ensure you meet sales targets, you will also work closely with the external and internal stakeholders regarding customer requirements
- Not all customers come into the branch, so you will regularly visit our customers’ homes or building sites, where you will draw up inspirational designs on CAD and present them to the customers
- Safety is at the forefront of everything we do, so your aim will be to ensure that our colleagues and customers leave the Showroom safely, by adhering to all stay safe policies and procedures
**Does this sound like you?**
You don't need previous industry experience as a Kitchen Sales Designer, we are looking for transferable skills, a passion to go above and beyond for our customers, a thirst for chasing a sale and providing a first class service.
- You’ll be methodical and tenacious in your approach, being meticulous in terms of design to convert sales
- You’ll have great communication skills and be able to talk to a diverse set of individuals establishing great, long lasting relationships
- You’ll have a friendly and outgoing personality, with the drive and energy to succeed, being a strong self starter you will also enjoy working collaboratively with your colleagues.
- You’ll have the desire and motivation to exceed sales targets to maximise earning potentials
- You must have a full drivers license as you will be required to visit customers from time to time.
