We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Peer Specialist Worker. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of developing and delivering a service for people diagnosed with Personality Disorder.
About the Role:
- Work in partnership with Sussex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust to deliver therapeutic clinical treatment programmes and community support programmes.
- Develop and deliver services that improve the health and well-being of individuals with a diagnosis of EUPD.
- Collaborate with colleagues to co-produce services that meet the needs of service users.
Requirements:
- Lived experience of EUPD.
- Experience working in mental health, preferably with people with Complex Emotional Needs and Personality Disorders.
- Experience working in a Peer Specialist role.
