Make a lasting impact at Europe's leading entertainment brand, Sky. As a Brand Customer Care Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional customer experiences, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Install and Service Sky Products: Visit customers in their homes, installing and servicing our innovative products, including Sky Glass, Stream, and Sky Q.
  2. Optimise Customer Experience: Utilise diagnostic tools to enhance customers' home entertainment experience, ensuring they get the most out of their Sky products and services.
  3. Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Demonstrate products, identify customer needs, and offer tailored solutions to elevate the Sky experience.
  4. Work in a Dynamic Environment: Enjoy a 9hr rolling rota, including weekends, and work full-time in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  1. Full UK Manual Driving Licence: A must for this role.
  2. Outdoor and Heights Work: Be comfortable working outdoors and at heights.
  3. Customer Focus: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
