As a Home Delivery Driver, you will be the face of Iceland, interacting directly with our customers and building strong relationships with them. You will need to have strong interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, and be able to manage your time effectively to meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver shopping to customers' doors in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide exceptional levels of customer service, responding to customer queries and concerns
  • Represent our brand in a positive and professional manner
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the delivery team to meet operational targets
  • Lend a hand when needed with other store operations, such as packing stock or jumping on the checkout
