About the Role
Frasers Group is redefining retail through digital innovation and unique store experiences. As a CRM Executive, you will play a key role in building stronger relationships with our customers, driving engagement and retention, and increasing customer value through effective CRM strategies and data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage email and mobile app calendars for our premium and luxury websites, aligning with wider teams to support business objectives.
- Brief, create, segment, schedule, and deliver email and mobile app notifications, as well as automated lifecycle campaigns.
- Implement ongoing test and learn strategies to continually improve CRM communications.
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports on email and mobile app notification performance, feeding results back to the wider business.
- Identify key customer segments and target them across relevant programs.
- Build relationships with the email service provider to ensure optimal platform utilization.
- Stay up-to-date on industry insights and email marketing trends.
Requirements
- A self-starter mindset with the ability to work under minimal supervision and guidance.
- Results-driven and delivery-focused.
- Enthusiasm, energy, and determination to achieve results, including those achieved through influence on related teams.
- Numerate and analytical, with the ability to provide insights.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Educated to degree level.
- Experience working with email service providers and data analysis.
- Experience in the retail sector is desirable, though not essential.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage and deliver several campaigns simultaneously.
