Care South is a leading provider of residential and dementia care services. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Elizabeth House, a specialist care home in Poole, Dorset.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to our residents, promoting their independence and well-being. Your responsibilities will include:

* Identifying the needs and abilities of our residents and delivering person-centred care
* Supporting and encouraging residents to remain as independent as possible
* Providing elements of personal care, including washing and dressing where needed
* Building relationships and providing companionship
* Working in a team to create a co-operative and welcoming atmosphere in the home

We are looking for someone who is naturally compassionate and understanding of others. Previous care experience is not essential, and we offer a full induction and training programme to support you in your role.
