Job Summary
Sanctuary Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Community and Inclusion Director for our Retirement Communities Service. This is an exciting opportunity to join our team and contribute to the delivery of high-quality services to our residents.
About the Role
- Take overall responsibility for the management and operation of our Retirement Communities Service, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality and care.
- Lead and motivate a multi-disciplinary team to achieve performance targets and deliver excellent customer-focused services to residents and stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Chef Manager to develop and implement a value-for-money, high-quality food offer that meets the needs of our residents.
- Deliver strong regulatory compliance across all areas of business, ensuring that our services meet the required standards.
- Ensure the delivery of a high-quality housing service, including repairs monitoring and maintenance.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and targets for the location, monitoring performance, reporting, and action planning where needed.
- Respond positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, ensuring excellent customer service is consistently delivered.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, stakeholders, and other external partners.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, applying this knowledge to improve our services and operations.
