The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team, responsible for sourcing and developing packaging and product requirements, collaborating with the Procurement and NPD teams.

Key Accountabilities

  • Sourcing and developing packaging and product requirements, collaborating with the Procurement and NPD teams.
  • Developing new products with suppliers.
  • Performance managing new suppliers.
  • Managing supplier relations and negotiation to develop high-performing sustainable partnerships that deliver best value.
  • Preparing benchmark data, supply market intelligence, and supplier scoping.
  • Building upon third-party manufacturing structure inline with product portfolio.
  • Driving product innovation through supplier management.

About You

We are looking for a skilled Procurement Specialist with a strong background in supply chain management, analytical thinking, and experience with SAP. The ideal candidate will have a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent communication skills, and the ability to make informed decisions.
