Key Responsibilities- Process all foster care applications received, ensuring accurate and thorough completion of all relevant checks.
- Coordinate initial home visits with foster recruitment officers and manage the assessment process from start to finish.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including foster households, to ensure a smooth and supportive experience.
- Manage and maintain accurate records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the fostering assessment manager and panel administrator to ensure seamless communication and decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and flexible attitude.
