We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Specialist Support Worker to join our team at a forward-thinking Secondary School provision dedicated to serving children with complex and additional needs.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding and hands-on experience in supporting students with Social Emotional and Mental Health Needs (SEMH) & Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC). They will be able to provide individualised support and foster a collaborative atmosphere among colleagues.

The role involves working with students who may display challenging behaviour, therefore the ideal candidate will be resilient and calm in high pressure situations.

As a Specialist Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that is passionate about making a meaningful impact in the lives of these students.
