Product Sales Manager - Aftermarket Sales Professional

This role will play a key part in supporting and executing the HTO-UK Aftermarket sales strategy. The main focus will be on customers with Peter Brotherhood products, and the position will be responsible for our order intake. The sales cycle will be managed from identifying opportunities to ensuring a seamless customer experience, while collaborating with regional teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs and partnering with them.
  • Directly manage key customer accounts and projects, including Customer Care Agreements and training.
  • Support regional sales teams in growing and managing the installed base of Peter Brotherhood products.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals for Field Services, Customer Care Agreements (CCAs), Gearboxes, and combined scope bids.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities and emerging markets to drive business growth.
  • Present sales and revenue forecasts as required and maintain CRM data accuracy.
  • Act as a problem-solver, bringing new ideas to improve safety, efficiency, and sales performance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales of rotating equipment or services for the oil & gas, petrochemical, and power generation industries.
  • Demonstrated success in aftermarket sales and projects, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Experience managing international customer bases and understanding cultural differences.
  • Ability to drive the sales process from planning through to closing deals.
  • Strong project management skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
