Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall sales strategy for the property, working closely with Regional Managers and Marketing Teams.
  • Effectively manage cleaning and maintenance contractors to ensure high standards are met.
  • Organize and deliver social events throughout the calendar year, enhancing the resident experience.
  • Monitor expenses and seek approval for any variances, providing detailed explanations.
  • Identify and mitigate potential liability issues, ensuring the facility, employees, and students are protected.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing operations within PBSA, BTR, or Co-Living sectors.
  • Strong understanding of Health and Safety legislation and data protection principles.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and ability to motivate others to deliver high standards.

Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
