Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Sub Agent to join our team at Devonport Royal Dockyard, Plymouth.

Your Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing subcontractors and liaising with Babcock Design and project management.
  • Setting a personal example in health, safety, and environmental matters by ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Managing, supervising, and mentoring section, site, and assistant engineers to ensure high levels of engineering control and generation of appropriate records.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A degree or HND in Engineering or equivalent.
  • CSCS Level - Academically or Professionally Qualified Person/Supervisory/Manager.
  • SMSTS qualification.
  • Successful experience and performance at Section Engineer level.
