Key Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries in a prompt and professional manner
- Assist customers with product information and order processes
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions

- Lead order book reviews with customers and attend daily production meetings
- Liaise with customers for re-scheduling orders, delivery cancellations, and other related tasks
- Previous experience in a customer service role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong administration skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong IT skills
A competitive salary of £12.50 per hour and the chance to work with a dynamic and driven team in the logistics and transportation industry.
