We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Community Nurse to join our team at the Highland Council. As a Community Staff Nurse, you will work with school-aged children and young people to deliver universal child health programmes and support the development of the Child's Plan.

Your key responsibilities will include working with education colleagues as a Named Person, conducting health assessments using the national practice model, and contributing to the planning and coordination of the school age immunisation programme.

This position requires a strong understanding of relevant professional policies and procedures, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

The salary for this role is estimated to be between £32,000 and £40,000 per annum, depending on experience.
