Client Service Specialist, Swedish Language Expert

About the Role:

As a Client Service Specialist, you will play a key role in connecting our clients with expert knowledge. You will be the primary point of contact for clients seeking insights, and you will work closely with our team to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Recruit experts: You will spend a significant portion of your day speaking with experts who are relevant matches for our clients' projects.
  • Understand the project and market context, as well as the legal and regulatory environment in which our clients and experts operate.
  • Take ownership of every aspect of your projects, from initiating and managing client-expert communications to scheduling calls.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic credentials (undergraduate degree of 2:1 or above).
  • Noteworthy extracurricular achievement throughout school and university.
  • Relevant internship experience.
  • Fluent English and Swedish or C2 level is required; experience living or working in continental Europe is desired.
