Job Title: Data Collection and Analysis Leader

Victoria Education Centre - TES is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Data Collection and Analysis Leader. This position is a key part of our school's leadership team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of education within the school.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective data collection and analysis processes to inform school improvement and development.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the school's curriculum, ensuring it is aligned with national standards and meets the needs of all students.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to ensure the effective deployment of resources and the delivery of high-quality learning experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and learning, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address these.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff members, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and stakeholders, ensuring the school's curriculum and educational programs are aligned with national and international standards.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data collection and analysis, curriculum development, and school leadership.
  • Strong understanding of national and international educational standards and frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff members, students, and external partners.
  • Ability to analyze complex data and develop effective strategies to address areas for improvement.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff members to achieve excellence.
