Job Title: Data Collection and Analysis Leader

Victoria Education Centre - TES is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Data Collection and Analysis Leader. This position is a key part of our school's leadership team and will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of education within the school.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective data collection and analysis processes to inform school improvement and development.
  • Lead the development and implementation of the school's curriculum and assessment strategies.
  • Collaborate with the Deputy Head and other members of the leadership team to ensure the effective management and support of staff and resources.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the school's curriculum and assessment strategies, making recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with external partners and stakeholders to support the school's improvement and development.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience of working in a leadership role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent data analysis and interpretation skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, students, and external partners.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Knowledge of educational policies and procedures, with a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of education and care.
