Mechanical Operations Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Coburg Banks in Swindon. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the completion of repairs, testing, and overhauls on equipment including generators, fluid chillers, air handlers, pumps, and air conditioning units and electrical equipment in accordance with deadlines and ISO standards.
The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, with proven experience servicing and repairing large engines, including generators, HGV, plant equipment, agricultural machinery, or any temperature control products, including chillers and air handlers. They will also possess good PC literacy, including basic experience in MS Office applications, and hold a full, clean, and valid driving licence.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure the completion of repairs, testing, and overhauls on equipment, adhering to deadlines and ISO standards.
- Provide technical assistance, support, and training to staff, contributing to optimum team performance and productivity.
- Follow QHSE procedures, maintain awareness of regulations, and ensure compliance with safety practices and quality standards.
