The successful applicant will be offered work on various dates throughout the year, including race days and additional shifts for events. No experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
  • Ensure guests receive the highest standard of care and attention
  • Be able to advise guests on all products available within the venue
  • Promote a happy and welcoming atmosphere within the venue
  • Work effectively as part of a team to ensure all guests' needs are met
  • Maintain stock levels and rotation within work and storage areas
  • Ensure the work area is adequately stocked with essentials
  • Lay up and prepare restaurants/boxes for service
  • Service wine and other drinks from the bar
  • Keep the area of work and public areas clean and tidy
