Job Description:
This is a fantastic opportunity for a GP to take the next step in their career and work as part of a multidisciplinary team of nurses, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient consultations, diagnoses, and treatment plans. You will also participate in the development and delivery of chronic disease management and preventive health programs.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent patient care, including routine check-ups, health advice, education, and support
- Manage a wide range of patient conditions and illnesses across all age groups
- Collaborate with the team to develop and deliver healthcare programs that improve patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure patient confidentiality at all times
- Stay updated with medical advancements and contribute to practice meetings and discussions
Requirements:
- GMC registration with a licence to practice
- CCT'd in the last two years
